Pennington County Democrats and Grassroots Progressives: HB 1069, the measure to repeal IM 22, passed the House of Representatives on a straight, party line vote.  All the Democrats opposed repealing the will of the voters.  The bill now moves to the Senate State Affairs Committee at 10am on Wednesday.
